Another house in an established Atlanta neighborhood is torn down to make way for a mini-McMansion which will be rapidly, if somewhat poorly constructed, on the same property by crews of illegal aliens. This pattern of physical, social and economic destruction and profiteering is part of the unfettered, unplanned and unsustainable growth model popular right now in Atlanta among builders and bankers. The insane rate of growth and total lack of resource planning has lead the community as a whole to crisis as the primary water source, Lake Lanier, proves unable to provide sufficient water for drinking and bathing, much less to maintain new landscapes and businesses in the metro area.
